Works Best and Great Remote Connection Support.
I have been using this program for last 6+ years and I am completely satisfied. Recently they have added a remote support with which they can connect to your machine remotely and help you resolve the issue. The product has worked great, and the support takes 2-3 days to respond but have always helped us to resolve the issue.
Pros: Great Product
Protects Privacy as stated
Support is great too.
Cons: If your tickets are not answered in 2 business days, try to call and leave a voice message with ticket number and they will make sure it is addressed.

Terrible Company to Deal With.
I purchased and installed as per instructions. Everytime i tried to start the software it created an error. Errors were copies and sent to support. After 6 days of trying, deinstalled and now doing a charge back on my credit card because can get no one at the company to talk to me. Stay away from this company!
Pros: Easy to buy
Cons: Terrible to deal with. Had to do charge back on my credit card because software would not work.
